Ingredients
1 cup dried mulberries, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain well (can be substituted with 10 medjool dates)
2 TBS 365 Nourish Chocolate Greens Superfood Powder
2 cups rolled oats
4 TBS chocolate protein powder of your choice
3/4 cup plant-based milk of your choice
3/4 cup chopped seeds/nuts
Make
1. Simply blend all of the ingredients in a food processor to form a sticky dough
2. Press the dough firmly in a lined baking tray and garnish with freeze-dried berries and extra nuts/seeds
3. Pop into the freezer for one hour to set
4. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week
